The Audio-Visual Collection in general is a diverse collection that offers its users a unique perspective of North Carolina State University. The Athletics series is the largest series in this collection and contains audio and/or visual materials on the following sports: football, men's and women's basketball, women's volleyball, swimming, baseball, pushball, and track and field. This series includes game footage (including offense, defense, and special teams), commentary from various coaches (including coach Lou Holtz, Jim Valvano, and Kay Yow), footage of individual players, recruiting films and videos, practice games, scrimmages, highlights, officiating instructions, tournament footage, and half-time spots.
